We’re thrilled to be back and publishing the Jaguar Journal on our school website! We have a ton of info and activities to share!
Looking ahead, the week of December 15 will be packed with school and holiday spirit! Spirit Week kicks off with themed dress-up days and concludes with a pep rally on Friday. Plus, our PTSO is hosting a Jingle Jog on Wednesday during seminar—a fun run/walk with treats, Jaguar merch for sale, and AFN spinning tunes to keep the energy high!
As we sprint toward the finish line of Semester 1, remember that finals week is just around the corner. Final exams are scheduled for January 12–15, and Semester 1 officially ends on January 15. Students will enjoy a well-deserved break on January 16 and 18. You’ll find the finals schedule in our newsletter, on our website, and across our social media platforms—and we’ll also send it via email for your convenience.
Winter sports are in full swing! This weekend, our wrestlers head to Naples while our Cheer and Basketball teams compete at Vicenza. Mark your calendars for December 13, when we host our first home basketball games—come out and cheer on the Jaguars!
Exciting opportunities are coming your way with new after-school clubs: Art Club (open to all students), Middle School Fitness Club, and Middle School Robotics Club. Sign-up and organizational meetings will take place during the school day—don’t miss out!
On a serious note: Vaping is a dangerous and unhealthy habit, and we are seeing an increase in students possessing, selling, and using vaping devices on campus. This is strictly against school policy and will be addressed immediately. Do not vape. Do not bring vaping devices to school.

🚶♂️📈 Motion Plots in Action! 🚶♀️📊 Physics students explored motion today using motion detectors and Vernier LabQuests to recreate real-time graphs of different types of movement: resting, accelerating in a positive direction, constant speed in a negative direction, and constant speed in a positive direction. The challenge? Re-creating the graphs with classmates—without bumping into other groups! Lots of fun (and laughter) as science met motion.
