Welcome Back, Jaguar Nation! 

What an incredible start to the school year! Students are settling into their routines, schedule adjustments are complete, and our classrooms are full of active learning. From the moment our doors open at 7:30 AM until sports practices wrap up well past 5:00 PM, our campus is buzzing with energy. 

A special thank you goes out to our returning students for making our newest Jaguars feel right at home. We want to give a huge shout-out to our Student to Student (S2S) members, who have gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition for every new student arriving at Sigonella.

• 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM | DoDEA AI & Internet Technology Presentation Join staff from DoWEA Headquarters for an informative session on how Artificial Intelligence and internet technology are shaping education and digital safety today. Check out the flyer on our social media and in your email inbox. 
• 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Open House We kick off our Open House right at 5:00 PM! Walk in your student's shoes as you experience their A and B day schedules, meet their teachers, and connect with our school support staff. We begin the evening in the JAG! 
• 6:30 PM | Varsity Sports Parent Meeting If your student is playing a varsity sport this season, please stick around right after Open House. We look forward to a great season ahead and will be sharing all the key information parents need to know!

• School Advisory Committee (SAC) Elections: Be on the lookout for a ballot to vote for one parent representative to our SAC. The School Advisory Committee is an integral part of building our community and ensuring parent voices are represented as we work together to make our school even better! 
• Student Assessment Info: Keep an eye on your inbox soon for important details regarding upcoming student assessments. Please review these documents when they arrive, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. 
• Update Your Contact Information: We know that moving and settling into a new duty station often means changing phone numbers, email addresses, and physical locations. Please ensure the main office has your most up-to-date contact details and emergency contacts so we can keep you informed and safe.
