The Sigonella military community gathered Nov. 13 to celebrate a milestone for Naval Air Station Sigonella’s Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps program as Cadet Nicholas Vails received the Legion of Valor Bronze Cross for Achievement, one of the most prestigious honors a JROTC cadet can earn.
