Sigonella Students Capture Historic Olympic Torch Relay in Catania
Video Communications and Italian language students from Sigonella Middle High School witnessed a once-in-a-generation moment as they attended the 2026 Winter Olympics Torch Relay in Catania’s historic Piazza Duomo, gaining a front-row view of the Olympic Flame as it arrived in the heart of the city.

39 DoWEA High Schools Recognized on 2025 AP Honor Roll
The College Board announced that 39 Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) high schools have been named to the Advanced Placement (AP) School Honor Roll.
DoDEA Career and Technical Education Month

The United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP) has announced that high school students Mr. Michael Carbone and Ms. Ava Ellis will represent DoDEA during the 64th annual USSYP Washington Week, to be held March 7-14, 2026.
